"Where food is grown with care, the taste of the earth is found in every bite."

"The best food comes from the earth beneath our feet, nurtured by the hands of those who care for the land. Local produce isn't just about flavor; it’s about supporting our community, preserving tradition, and honoring the seasons."

Trapani Farms LLC, follows a long tradition of farming in the Lattintown area of Milton, New York. The first Benjamin Trapani, a Sicilian immigrant, purchased farmland here in the 1920’s and began to grow fruit and vegetables. His sons Benjamin Jr. and Joseph took over the business, calling it J and B Trapani.  Ben’s son Benny worked on the farm while teaching Physical Education. Then in 1998, the land was purchased which would become Trapani Farms LLC. Ben retired from teaching and went into partnership with his son Scott in 2005. Scott, a SUNY Cobleskill  graduate, earned his degree in Agronomy. Truly a family farm, everyone pitches in to help when needed. Son Tim, also a Physical Education teacher, works closely with Scott during his free time.  The Trapani family takes pride in the quality and variety of produce that they grow.
